Job Summary You will support clinic operations by registering patients, managing communications, scheduling appointments, assisting doctors, maintaining inventory, processing claims, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily workflow. Responsibilities Register patients accurately to ensure proper documentation and smooth clinic flow Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally to assist patients and staff Schedule hospital appointments efficiently to optimize patient care coordination Process emails and government or insurance claims promptly to support billing and compliance Assist doctors by chaperoning patients during consultations to facilitate clinical procedures Maintain inventory levels and dispense medications accurately to ensure availability and safety Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned to support clinic operations Adapt to additional tasks as required to meet clinic needs Higher Salary Dependent on Experience .
