Client Training Specialist (Hotel Revenue Management Specialist)

The Client Training Specialist is responsible for providing face‑to‑face training, remote training and assistance for clients working with the IDeaS suite of products, in support of company and department goals. The specialist brings innovation and clarity to the client’s experience with IDeaS Solutions and sets the stage for a strong ongoing relationship. Fluent Mandarin (professional or native level) is required.

• Provide clear and concise face‑to‑face conceptual and operational IDeaS solution(s) training to hotel clients using approved training materials.
• Deliver remote training, coaching and facilitation sessions to individuals and groups using tools such as Teams and Zoom.
• Assist in configuring the IDeaS systems at client sites to ensure maximum benefit from the installation.
• Guide clients in effectively integrating the IDeaS System into hotel operations and company culture.
