Job Summary:
The Client Technician (Courtroom Technician) is an entry-level technical support professional who provides hands-on IT and audiovisual support within courtrooms and courthouse environments. This role supports judicial staff and courtroom participants by ensuring reliable operation of computers, presentation systems, videoconferencing, and related technologies. The position requires strong customer service, the ability to work independently, and readiness to respond to urgent technical needs.
Key Responsibilities: Courtroom & End-User Support Provide in-person and remote technical support for courtroom staff and participants. Support desktop and laptop computers across multiple operating systems. Assist with printers, scanners, document cameras, and general presentation software. Support and set up audio/video equipment, including mixers, listening equipment, and videoconferencing tools.
