About the Role

We’re looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Christchurch‑based Client Technical Services team. Reporting to the Head of Service, you’ll work alongside Senior Engineers to deliver high‑quality technical support and solutions for a portfolio of primarily SME clients. This is a hands‑on and varied role where you’ll play a key part in improving the performance of our clients’ systems, users, and infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with our Professional Services team and build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering effective, fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
