As a Client Support Manager, you will play a key role as part of the Hymix Executive Team, leading our client support function and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service and seamless experiences for our customers.
About the role:
- Lead and manage a team of Allocators and Client Support Agents, providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing development
- Drive strategies that deliver exceptional customer service and support across all client touchpoints
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of all client interactions and transactions
