Client Success Partner

A Customer Success Partner is a Individual Contributor responsible for ensuring the Client’s Success from Client Onboarding till Servicing with Enriching Client Experience .
Responsibilities you will have to take on-
- Handle all client communication to ensure client satisfaction
- Handle all internal communication to ensure KPIs, deliverables and deadlines are met
- Ensure all internal workflow and processes are followed by the cluster
- Coordinate with external stakeholders
