Job Description:

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage client expectations.
2. Strategic Planning: Understand client business goals and objectives to develop digital strategies in collaboration with the agency’s creative and technical teams.
3. Project Management: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all client projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
4. Communication: Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
