Client Success Analyst

Job Description

This role serves as a functional specialist, located in Helsinki (Finland) and reporting to the Nordics and Baltics Head of Client Services.

The Analyst, Client Success is an individual contributor responsible for owning the holistic post‑sale Client Services operational relationship for applicable clients and providing operational support and assistance in growing clients’ business. The Analyst is a trusted client advocate who works proactively with a client portfolio to enable new capabilities, manage geographic expansion, and promote product adoption.
