Career Opportunity: Client Solutions Specialist - Telemarketing

As a Client Solutions Specialist in Telemarketing, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and providing exceptional service.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Assist clients with inquiries and concerns
• Provide product information and support
• Maintain client records and follow up on leads

Requirements

• Educational Attainment: 2 years Vocational/Diploma and/or 2 years undergraduate w/o back subjects
• Degree in Finance and/or Marketing is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Local Market (No experience in BPO industry can apply but must have experience in Telemarketing/Local Sales)
• Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in Outbound B2B

Work Location: Ortigas Centre, Pasig

Work schedule: Day Shift
