About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service excellence across multiple sites.

Reporting to the State Manager Victoria, you’ll be the key liaison between clients and our operational teams—overseeing service delivery, resolving issues, and implementing improvements that strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.
