We’re looking for a proactive Client Services Manager (Scheduling) to guide our coordination team and ensure clients receive timely, high-quality support. In this role, you’ll oversee scheduling, support and develop your team, maintain accurate Client and Caregiver records, and help manage after-hours rosters and day-to-day service delivery.
As we continue to grow, we are building future capability within our operations team, supported by a newly appointed Business Operations Manager. This role plays a key part in strengthening our Client Services function, ensuring we have the right structure, leadership, and support in place to deliver exceptional care now and into the future.
