Client Service Supervisor

**BluePearl Pet Hospital in Queens, NY is currently seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Client Service Supervisor to support and elevate our Client Services team.**

**In this role, you’ll lead the training and development of client service associates, help ensure efficient and effective staffing, and serve as a key connection between clients, patients, and the care team. You’ll foster clear communication, support team performance through coaching and feedback, and help create a positive, consistent experience for every client who walks through our doors.**

**Pay:** $27.45 - $37.48 / hour + shift differentials

**Schedule:** Wednesday - Saturday, 8 AM - 6 PM

**Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum. For example:**

+ Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = **+$4.50/hr** . Shift Differential
+ Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = **+$4.50/hr.** Shift Differential
+ Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = **+$8.00/hr.** Shift Differential
