Client Service Representative

About the Position

This role will consist of preparing accurate bottle orders for delivery to clients throughout the Atlantic region and processing samples received. The successful candidate must be capable of working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting strict deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and couriers to the sample receiving area
• Prepare bottle orders and sample preservatives for packing and shipping
• Package and ship samples using appropriate couriers and procedures
• Organise, prioritise, and track orders
• Review and double‑check bottle orders prepared by others for errors
• Receive supplies and distribute to the appropriate department
• Process return shipments for laboratory supplies
• Take weekly stock counts
• Maintain inventory control of sample bottles and general lab and shipping supplies
