Job Description
We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in a hybrid role.
This position involves handling Zoom meetings, managing our CRM, and being the main point of contact for creators exploring or actively running crowdfunding campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
Conducting Zoom calls with prospective and active clients
Clearly explaining Fuizion's services, process, and timelines
Managing and updating our CRM (notes, follow-ups, deal stages)
Coordinating between clients and internal teams
Ensuring smooth communication throughout the campaign lifecycle
What we're looking for:
Strong spoken English and communication skills
Comfortable leading client-facing Zoom calls
Organized and reliable with follow-ups
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms (Kickstarter / Indiegogo / Seed&Spark) is a strong plus
