Client Relationship Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Client Relationship Manager in India to support and grow strategic relationships with US healthcare facilities through Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and direct to healthcare facilities including hospitals and clinics in the US.

This role is responsible for managing client relationships at the highest level (including Program Managers, Executive Level and other key decision makers) ensuring service delivery excellence, implementing strategies to ensure consistent high performance, coordinating with MSP programs, improving fill rates, and strengthening partnerships with healthcare organizations including hospitals, health systems, and healthcare networks.This role will NOT be involved with day-to-day transactions such as resume submissions and any active staffing requisitions.
