Responsibilities

• Assist with business development activities and meet revenue expectations with existing clients.
• Coordinate client contractual and commercial arrangements, and manage updates or variations to Service Level Agreements.
• Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with clients.
• Prepare agendas for client meetings, lead meetings and draft follow‑up notes ensuring outstanding items are actioned.
