Client Relations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Execution of the digital campaigns across platforms
• Client servicing where the long-term deal has been signed by the revenue team
• Build case studies of the campaigns to pitch to other clients, and to Tracking best practices for digital campaigns to improve our sales effort.
• Co-ordinate between client, ENIL and external vendors on the on-going campaigns
• Ensure documentation for each of the campaigns, and track MIS
• Keep track of the Legal agreements and other documentation and process for the sales deals completed

Required skill sets:

• 2-5 years of Client Servicing experience
• Ideally from advertising servicing background
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point
• Need someone with attention to detail, very strong communication skills
• Be self driven and ability to work well in fast-paced environment
