As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between EvolutionCo and its clients. You will assist the client servicing team in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client management and digital marketing.
Role & responsibilities
● Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
● Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and drive growth.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
● Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
