Job Description
The Client Operations Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening day-to-day client relationships by ensuring clear communication, structured governance, and disciplined follow-through. This role independently owns client interactions, anticipates client needs, manages escalations, and coordinates internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent and high-quality client experience.
This role is focused on client confidence, responsiveness, and operational transparency, rather than hands-on service delivery. The Operations Manager serves as a key bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring operational needs are addressed effectively, risks are managed proactively, and governance is maintained across all areas of engagement.
