Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Operations Consultant I to support our centralized workforce solutions. This is a remote position based in Montreal, Quebec, with the ability to attend meetings at our Head Office in Kirkland as needed. Reporting to the Regional Account Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering exceptional Human Resources, Client Services, and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Solutions Delivery
* Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
* Assist with onboarding and new-hire documentation.
* Liaise with clients to confirm staffing needs and ensure fulfillment.
* Serve as the main point of contact for external workforce associates.
* Manage timekeeping and administrative tasks via VMS platforms (e.g., SAP Fieldglass).
* Provide timely support for employee administrative inquiries.
