Role Overview

HCLTech Indonesia is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive new business and expand client relationships across sectors in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of business development and account management, deep knowledge of technology services and solutions, and the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles across verticals – from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand business with existing customers and acquire new logos.
• Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and decision-makers to understand business priorities and position HCLTech’s solutions.
