- The function of the role is to work collaboratively alongside the Combat Medical Instructor and wider Training Team.
- The role will be client facing with an emphasis on close collaboration with the client’s organic training and compliance function.
- CMI intent is thoroughly understood during teaching and accurately translated.
- Interaction with the client’s organic training function remains collaborative throughout the lifetime of the course design.
