Client Experience & Relationship Manager

Location: Ubud, Bali (Studio-Based)

We're looking for an experienced Client Experience Manager to own the client journey from first enquiry to lifelong relationship. Working closely with the founders, you'll help create one of the world's most thoughtful luxury customer experiences while building the systems and relationships that define our brand.

What You'll Do

As Client Experience Manager, you will:

• Own the complete customer journey from first enquiry through long-term relationship.
• Deliver an exceptional white-glove experience across every client touchpoint.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients, collectors, VIPs, editors, stylists, journalists, and other important partners.
• Manage customer communications across email, WhatsApp, Instagram, HubSpot, phone, and in-person interactions.
