Client Director (Remote)

Job Description: Fairfest is a leading tradeshow organiser, with active operations in India and the United States, and a global team. We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to support the Buyer / Visitor acquisition team through outbound calling, client coordination, and event-related sales support activities. What you’ll do: Make outbound calls to trade visitors, buyers, and industry stakeholders Follow up on registrations, applications, and event participation opportunities Assist in managing event operations and client onboarding Maintain trackers, databases, and reports using Excel & Google Sheets Handle follow-ups and ensure timely communication with stakeholders What we’re looking for: Good communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, event-driven environment Strong proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets Detail-oriented and proactive approach Prior experience in events, client servicing, or hospitality is a plus.
