Role Overview

The Client Delivery Manager is the accountable owner of a defined client portfolio (pod), responsible for delivery excellence, workforce performance, commercial outcomes, and ongoing client relationships. Acting as a mini General Manager, you will lead a distributed contingent marketing workforce across EMEA while bringing deep marketing subject‑matter expertise to oversee delivery quality, challenge client thinking, and guide high‑performing teams.

This role requires a senior marketing practitioner who can operate credibly with enterprise stakeholders, provide hands‑on guidance across marketing disciplines (e.g., Marketing Ops, Performance, CRM, Content), and translate business objectives into scalable workforce solutions.
