Client Care Specialist

Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center in Waukesha, WI is hiring a full-time Veterinary Client Care Specialist to join our Client Care team on third shift.
 

Schedule and Compensation:

+  3rd shift, 9pm-7am, 2-3 weekdays per week + every other weekend

+ Schedule will include a rotation of the holidays (4 holidays/yr. required)

+ $17-20/hr depending on experience  

+ $5/hr for 3rd shift differential

Qualifications:

+ Excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others

+ Have a fundamental knowledge of windows based computer programs

+ Proven effective communication and the ability to multitask and prioritize

+ Willing and able to provide exceptional customer service 

+ A motivated and dedicated individual who is self- motivated to provide exceptional service

+ Fluent English skills (speaking & reading)...
