**Description**
The Client Advocate (CA) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, leading strategy development and execution, and delivering best-in-class client service. This role will focus on Real Estate clients, requiring a strong understanding of industry-specific risks, market dynamics, and client priorities.
The CA owns the E365 Service Plan, engages relevant WTW resources, and leads pricing, profitability, and renewal strategies. They act as the primary relationship manager, coordinating internal teams to deliver tailored risk and insurance solutions that align with client needs.
A successful Client Advocate develops a deep understanding of the client’s business, operations, and objectives, positioning themselves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key decision-makers.
