Summary
Provide a luxury, best-in‑class client experience for Tiffany clients by delivering elevated service across phone, email, and live chat channels while based in store. Act as a brand ambassador to build long‑term client relationships, drive conversion through product knowledge and storytelling, and achieve service and commercial sales targets. Handle client issues with empathy and escalating appropriately to ensure client‑centric resolutions.
