Client Advisor (36h, Fixed Term) – Armani Exchange Store, Madrid Rio

Responsibilities

• Excellent attention to all customers, ensuring that they are properly advised on collections.
• Fulfil individual and store objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships; collect customer CRM details for the portfolio and follow up with them.
• Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock, and product.
• Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends and be a fan of our brand.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in fashion sales.
• Good presence and communication skills.
• Passionate about fashion.
• Vocation for customer service.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
• Residence in Madrid.
