Our downtown Toronto real estate client is seeking a Client Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis.

The role:
You will support the financial reporting and accounting requirements for a portfolio of investment clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including investment management, financial analysts, valuations, and asset management to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information.

* Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages at the fund and property level, including variance analysis, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
