As Clerk of Works your responsibilities will include:

* Working on education, commercial, and residential projects

* A mix of Clerk of Works and NEC4 Supervisor services depending on the project

* Undertaking NEC4 Supervisor duties for projects under NEC contracts

* Representing clients on site, updating on quality standards through weekly reports

* Reviewing drawings, ensuring projects meet specifications, raising any discrepanci...
