Receive new Purchase Orders (POs), perform Available-to-Promise (ATP) checks, prepare Container Loading Plans, and submit them to PTLAP.

Receive Shipping Instructions, prepare commercial invoices and packing lists, and transmit invoice documents to PTLAP Singapore.

Apply costing for new models, collect relevant flow charts and catalogues, and coordinate with Finance and MITI for approvals and follow-up actions.

Prepare AIFTA (India) Forms and submit them to MITI for endorsement upon confirmation from PTLAP.

Arrange courier services and dispatch shipping documents to consignees.

Process PCMAP invoices, prepare Self-Certification documents, and distribute scanned copies to agents and PTLAP.

Perform monthly filing and record maintenance for Tally Sheets, Delivery Orders, Bills of Lading, and Customs Forms.
