HR & Admin Clerk
(Entry / Junior level)
Main ResponsibilitiesA. Human Resources (HR)
- Maintain employee records (personal files, contracts, leave records)
- Assist with recruitment admin work
- (post job ads, arrange interviews, prepare offer letters)
Track attendance, leave, MC, and OT records
Assist in payroll preparation (OT, leave deduction, allowance)
- Prepare basic HR letters
(confirmation, warning letter, resignation acknowledgement)
- Handle staff onboarding & offboarding documents
Support HR with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB submissions (basic level)B. Administration
Handle office filing & documentation
- Prepare simple reports, letters, and forms
- Manage office supplies (stationery, pantry items)
