Job Description

Job summary:
Responsible administrative task and Support daily Incoming, Outbound and TRA.
Job Responsibilities:
To ensure all arrivals are GR in system within 24hours from the unloading date.
To provide incoming POD to warehouse team.
To perform GR once Copacking and Stickering complete.
To check order status on daily basis.
To check PO validity on daily basis.
Collection order.
To do booking for DC customer.
To process TRA documents handover by TN team.
To process bill for warehouse and transport team if there's any shortages or damages.
To create pallet docket for required customers.
Filling
Job Requirements:
At least 1 to 2 years working experience in similar capacity
Secondary School qualifications or its equivalent
Experienced in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Good SAP knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Section 26, Shah Alam.
