We are hiring Machine Operators/Packagers in Monument Colorado!

Shifts & Pay-

Temporary (Contract) Pay Rates:

+ 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | $17.00/hr
+ 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM | $17.00/hr + 10% shift differential (=$18.70/hr)
+ 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM | $17.00/hr + 15% shift differential (=$19.55/hr)

Upon Permanent Conversion-

+ All shifts move to a $20.00/hr base rate
+ Shift differentials are applied on top of the $20/hr base only for 2nd and 3rd shifts
+ 2nd Shift: $20/hr + 10% differential (for hours worked)
+ 3rd Shift: $20/hr + 15% differential (for hours worked)
+ 1st shift sees a $3/hr increase upon conversion (from $17/hr to $20/hr base pay)

What You’ll Do

+ Load metal rods into production machinery (requires bending, lifting, and standing)
+ Operate machines used to manufacture medical components
+ Package medical products in a cleanroom environment
