Cleanroom Operator Night Shift

**Job Title:** Cleanroom Operator

**Location:** Pleasant Prairie, WI

**Pay Range:** $22.50/hr. +$2.00 differential ($24.50)
**Schedule:** 6pm-6am/ 12 hr. rotating shifts; (2,2,3) E/O weekend
We are currently hiring a Cleanroom operator for a temp to hire opportunity. In this role, you will operate and set up extrusion equipment in a cleanroom environment while ensuring high product quality and safety.

**What you'll do:**

+ Set up and operate cleanroom extrusion lines and related equipment
+ Inspect products for quality and defects
+ Perform basic measurements (length, gauge, weight)
+ Complete production documentation for traceability
+ Minimize material waste and support safe operations
+ Assist with training and guiding packers and other operators

**What’s Needed?**

+ Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly
+ Willing to work rotating 12 hour shifts
