Deliver Training and Assessment services to ISS Trainees undertaking the national qualification - Certificate III in Cleaning Operations.
Establish and maintain a healthy working relationship with customers, both external and internal.
Use a variety of training methods including face to face on-site training and assessment in a variety of workplace locations and provide support at all times to the training requirements.
Manage the delivery of training services to students and record their written answers and practical workplace observations.
Act as the focal point for all training requirements with trainees and their operational and shift work requirements.
