Cleaning Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College.

We’re looking for someone to provide hands-on line management and supervision for a team of 30+ cleaners, covering the entire college estate—including accommodation and commercial areas.

You’ll play a key role in developing a customer-focused service that consistently delivers exceptional cleaning standards.

Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with a shift pattern that includes scheduled weekends, you’ll also support estates management by working within budgets and helping achieve important KPIs and SLAs set by the college.
