Cleaning Supervisor Full Time Whistler

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to manage and co-ordinate our cleaning teams and linen inventory. The ideal candidate should be flexible and have a willingness to learn. They should be punctual and have good organizational skills and the ability to work in a quick paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate, assign and review work of teams
• Provide daily operation support to cleaning contractors, inspectors and employees
• Establish procedures for teams and employees
• Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments such as cleaning teams, inspectors and maintenance
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
