The ideal candidates will contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring the well-being of patients, visitors, and staff. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the overall cleanliness and infection control within Yarrawonga Health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness through routine cleaning, disinfecting and sanitising of patient rooms, communal areas and other designated spaces.
• Safely collect, handle and dispose of waste, recyclables and biohazardous materials in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control procedures, with a strong focus on high-touch and high-risk areas.
