About the role:

Porchlight provides safe and supportive accommodation to people experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, or other vulnerabilities. We're looking for a reliable, professional cleaner to help us maintain welcoming, hygienic, and safe environments across our supported housing and office locations.

This role involves a mix of routine and ad hoc cleaning tasks in communal areas, void properties, and office spaces. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our homes and workplaces are clean, comfortable, and dignified for residents, staff, and visitors.

The role requires: 

• Someone dependable, practical, and empathetic.
• Confidence working alone.
• Understanding of the importance of cleanliness and infection control.
• Being comfortable engaging professionally with vulnerable residents.
• Driver with own transport.
