**Job Description**
We are a Clinical Research Organization. There are animal living quarters on site that must be maintained and cleaned. No direct contact with animals.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform cleaning and janitorial duties within the facility.
+ Assist with animal husbandry tasks as required.
+ Operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld.
+ Handle tasks involving lifting up to 15lbs, standing, bending, and crouching.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in English.
+ Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
+ Experience in cleaning and janitorial work.
+ Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in animal husbandry.
+ Drive and motivation to work as a kennel attendant.
