Job Description: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the educational and social development of students.
• Providing one-on-one support to children with special educational needs.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment.
• Implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting teaching materials to meet the needs of each student.
• Supporting students in developing social skills and managing their behavior.
• Helping with personal care tasks as needed.
