This is a permanent role requiring five days a week Monday – Friday, inline with school hours, for a classroom that respects planning time, celebrates victories, and treats the teacher as a vital pillar of the team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a highly differentiated curriculum for a wide age range (KS3 to post‑16).
• Lead a small class and effectively manage a team of Teaching Assistants.
• Create, implement, and review Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Liaise with a multi‑disciplinary team, including therapists, parents, and external agencies.
