**Position Summary**

Responsible for safely and efficiently dropping off/picking up materials from various vendors and construction sites.​​

**Position Details**

+ Drives delivery trucks to job sites and company destinations. Properly secures and straps down materials safe delivery.
+ ​Loads, unloads, moves, stacks, stages, transports tools, supplies and equipment by hand or using dolly and/or forklift.
+ ​Maintains vehicle cleanliness and reports any mechanical issues or accidents promptly.
+ ​Maintains work area in clean and organized fashion.
+ ​Plans efficient routes and ensures proper and safe stocking of vehicle.
+ ​Maintains accurate delivery documentation and ensures all paperwork is completed properly.
+ ​Performs daily pre-trip inspection of vehicle. Maintains vehicle and equipment maintenance history.
+ ​May provide guidance to junior staff. ​​
