Class 2 HGV Driver

We are seeking a Class 2 Dray Driver to join our award-winning distribution network and be part of the team at our Heathfield Distribution Centre based at Newton Abbot, TQ12. As a dedicated member of the Distribution team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and timely while maintaining St Austell Brewery's fantastic reputation across the South West.

The role:

• Preparing the lorry for delivery and accurately verifying the contents of inventory loads against load sheet documents.
• Reviewing all delivery instructions to support service standards.
• Completing all documentation promptly and accurately as required.
• Ensuring that the vehicle is loaded safely according to the load document.
• Delivering stock in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensuring that all legislation relating to driving is complied with, including a tacho card.
