Class 2 Driver

Overview

Flexible People Ltd is recruiting Class 2 Home Delivery Drivers for a well‑known client in Avonmouth, Bristol. The role involves delivery of large goods (TVs, flat‑pack furniture, gym equipment, white goods, etc.) to residential properties, working with a driver’s mate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large goods to residential properties.
• Work with a driver’s mate.
• Operate a 7.5t vehicle on an enhanced Class 2 rate.
• Provide a 'room of choice' delivery as trained.
• Complete a driving assessment, highway code/tacho exam and induction programme.
• Work on a 4‑on/4‑off or 5‑on/3‑off rota covering at least one Saturday or Sunday each weekend.
• Shifts start at 06:00 and last approximately 8‑10 hours.

Qualifications

• Valid UK licence, CPC and Digitacho.
• No more than 6 points on the driving licence.
