💷 What You’ll Earn
£44,252 basic salary
OTE up to £52,680 (shift premiums & incentives)
Shift premiums:£10 per shift (starts 12:00–19:59)£15 per shift (starts 20:00–03:59)
Weekend premiums:£1,030/year for Saturdays or Sundays£2,060/year for both
Compensation paid after 11 hours
Night out allowance
Overtime available if you want extra shifts

You’ll be driving modern vehicles, delivering for some of the UK’s best‑known brands:
Delivering palletised goods to regional RDCs
Collecting palletised stock from local and regional suppliers
Regular trunking between Culina group sites
Minimal handball
Occasional nights out
Shift pattern: 5 on / 3 off — giving you better work‑life balance.
