Job Description
You’ll be responsible for transporting chilled food products (including cheese, juice, and yoghurts) using refrigerated and multi-temperature trailers.
Day-to-day includes:
RDC deliveries and collections
Drop-and-swap operations
Occasional self-tipping
Early morning and flexible start patterns
Shift Pattern & Pay
5 ON / 3 OFF rota (days & nights available)
💷 £42,205.36 basic salary
Shift Premiums:
Start between 12:00 – 19:59: + £10.00 per shift
Start between 20:00 – 03:59: + £15.00 per shift
Overtime Rates:
Monday to Friday: £17.24/hr
Saturday: £20.49/hr
Sunday: £23.30/hr
Additional Earnings:
Driver duty premium (11+ hour shifts)
Performance bonus
Night out allowance: £25 per night
Shift allowances (where applicable)
