Class 1 driver

Join Gi Group and work with one of the UK's leading parcel delivery companies based in Ryton, Coventry . This position is a temporary contract, offering ongoing work 12 months per year for the right candidate. Please note there maybe alcohol deliveries involved in this role

Class 1 Driver - Rates of Pay:

· Days £19.61 per hour inclusive of your holiday pay (PAYE only)

· Nights £19.89 per hour inclusive of your holiday pay (PAYE only)

Class 1 Driver - Shifts and Hours:

· Shifts available 7 days a week

· 00:01-04:00 starts available

· 11:00-23:00 starts available

· 8-10 hours per day

· Load / unload freight and secure load

· Complete scheduled deliveries and collections (varied parcel weights

· Ensure accurate completion of documentation

· Perform vehicle checks and report defect

· Work efficiently to meet deadlines
